For items that are custom printed or jewlery once your order is made, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. There is a shipping charge and restock fee for incorrect size selection. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Face masks are not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of this item.
