How quickly are items shipped?
Items stocked in the Atlanta, GA business location ship out within 1-2 business days.
Items stocked in the Charlotte, NC location ship out within 2-5 business days.
Items stocked in the Asia location ship out between 2-5 business days.
During the holiday season, you may see up to an additional 1-2 day delay.
After processing, items takes between 4-7 days to be delivered to your home for items shipped in the USA.
For items shipped in Asia, items take between 4-12 days to be delivered to your home.
Tracking shows my order has been sent but I haven't received it after 10 business days?
This happens sometimes, so no worries, based on our experience delivery might take longer depending on your mail carrier. If the tracking shows your item should have been delivered and it hasn't please contact your mail carrier to find out why they haven't delivered it.

What is your refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. For items that are custom printed once your order is made, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. with photos of wrong/damaged items.
Please read our sizing chart carefully as we do indicate if a clothing type runs small or large. Any questions about this please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
I ordered the wrong size, color, design, what should I do?
If you've ordered between 24 hours, please contact us ASAP and we will update your order, if it is over 24 hrs please send us a message and we will do our best to sort it out.
I ordered a Face Mask and I want to return it, what should I do?
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of properly.

- Once we receive the items we will immediately apply the refund back to your credit card or original method of payment
