WHEN WILL MY ORDER(S) BE SHIPPED? 

Items stocked in the Atlanta, GA business location ship out within 1-2 business days. Items stocked in the Charlotte, NC location ship out within 2-5 business days. Items stocked in the Asia location ship out between 2-5 business days. Quality control is done at each location to ensure that every product reaches you at the best quality possible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

If you have multiple items in your order, we sometimes ship them separately so you can get them as fast as possible.

We will send separate tracking numbers to your email if we need to do this.

Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

After an order leaves our warehouse, there are several factors that can affect shipping times and some are unfortunately out of our control.

We, along with every other major retailer in America, obtain some of our products from Asia. This is to help keep our costs to a minimum and we in turn pass on the savings to our customers.

As we have production facilities both in the USA and in Asia, delivery times can vary:

 

Domestic (USA):

If your order is coming directly from our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location, we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL mail and deliveries will take 4-7 business days to arrive at your door (Tracking number will be provided).

When shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  

Asia:

If your order is coming directly from our Asia Facility, we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL mail and deliveries will take 4-12 business days to arrive at your door (Tracking number will be provided). We use this as a backup facility and it's rare that we run out of stock in the US. 

When shipping to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be delivered by the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will automatically be given the tracking information associated with your order by the email you provided during checkout. Please therefore ensure that your email provided is spelled correctly.

If you didn’t receive or cannot find your tracking information email, please first check your email spam folder and then notify us if you still cannot find it. We will then send you your tracking number directly. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but you have to us at support@ubgclothing.com within 6 hours as we process them very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery time to your door. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order. Please also check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

Unfortunately not. Once the shipment is already on the way to you, it cannot be changed by USPS. 

 

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your item(s) arrive damaged, incorrect or missing, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Note: If you have multiple items in your order, we sometimes ship them separately so you can get them as fast as possible (some items may be custom made or handcrafted and some are stocked). We will send the tracking numbers to your email if we need to do this.

IS THERE A CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY ORDER?

If you are ordering from any other countries outside of the United States, there may be additional customs fees payable to the government of the destination country. The shipping fees that you have paid for your order do not include these custom fees. Please contact your local customs office/website if you are unsure of your country's policies regarding this.
